CRUISE MISSILE

a 32' high-speed trailerable tunnel slot express cruiser

CATEGORY: High-Performance Sport Boats
CONSTRUCTION: One-off fiberglass using sandwich cores and vacuum bag methods

Characteristics

Headroom 4'6"
Displacement 5360 lbs.
Sleeping capacity 4
Fuel capacity 180 gals.

Incorporating our proven tunnel slot hull concept, this exciting design is a more compact and trailerable rendition of our successful SLOT MACHINE. Construction materials and methods are virtually identical, as are general performance and handling qualities. Power options include twin outboards, I/O’s, or surface piercing drives. Speeds in the range of 50-60 MPH require approximately 350 to 450 HP total.

While performance is impressive, this boat is suited to practical uses. Accommodations equal or exceed those found on similar type monohulls, including a forward double berth, convertible dinette with portable head below, and a fair galley. There is sitting headroom above the berth and seat tops. Cockpit space is also generous; the aft lounge varies somewhat when transom-mounted outboards are used. However, if desired, the cabin could be omitted and the area opened up into a gigantic cockpit.

Construction is suitable for the conscientious do-it-yourself builder. Complete plans include FULL-SIZE PATTERNS, laminate schedule, hull material estimates, all working drawings, and details for all powering options.
