The ISLANDER has the classic look that has become so popular in recent years. There's no need to drool over that expensive classic moored at the marina. You can make your own and not have to worry about the potential problems of a forty year old boat.

The ISLANDER is both a reliable and economical boat to own. The centrally located inboard uses the time proven straight shaft set-up. Virtually any automotive conversion can be used depending on desired speed. The hull features our seaworthy double curvature vee entry forward that flattens out aft for economical running with stability. The beamy hull allows a large cabin with a roomy dinette, enclosed head, galley, and vee berth arrangement for tall and "shorty" crew members. The large cockpit has plenty of area for fishing, diving, and dockside use, plus a convertible top can be used over the bridge in conjunction with the windshield for inclement weather.

When finished with plenty of bright work and chrome fittings, the ISLANDER becomes an instant classic. An ideal boat for the builder who enjoys putting extra care and detail work in his projects.
