The "Orca" frame kit consists of the ribs and spar pieces that make up the frame. They also include a full instruction manual that covers every step of the
build in detail which will be emailed to you when ordered. This kit is shipped free outside the US.
Frame Kit Option: Now you can have your board Frame Kit made from either Mahogany or Paulownia plywood. The Paulownia is lighter than Mahogany, has better workability and appearance. Choose your kit wood from the drop-down above.
An export kit is the same as a regular domestic kit
except the ribs and spar sections are cut from the backing
material so they fit a 1-meter long package that can be sent anywhere in the world. It is coded so matching the pieces is easy. Also included is some extra wood to reinforce the joints. The manual shows exactly how to do it and is emailed as soon as the order is processed so you can start planning while the kit is on its way.
