WATER COOLED EXHAUST MANIFOLDS
These manifolds are water jacketed so that the entering water
cools the manifold surface and heats the water prior to entering the block.
Made from light weight cast aluminum and highly polished, these manifolds weigh
approximately 23 lbs. per pair. Together with our light weight motor mounts
this can mean quite a performance advantage. Both styles of manifold have a
laminar flow to eliminate the possibility of "hot spots". Alloy:

We offer three different styles of manifolds.
- Header-type: These are a sleek, more contemporary styling, most
often used on performance boats.
- Square or log-type: This style is most often used on
"classic" designs.
- MAGANAFLOW® Series Stern Drive Exhaust System: Direct bolt-on
replacements for MerCruiser, OMC, and Volvo stern drives using small and
big-block Chevy V-8 engines.
These manifolds are used with either water cooled elbows or
