Kingpin
The KINGPIN is the latest in high performance ski boats. There's plenty of fuel in this beauty, enough in most cases to run all day. When the sun sets, just pick out a secluded cove and bunk down in the cabin. There's room for two or three adults in a full length vee berth. The next day you can rise early and hit the ski trail again.
The KINGPIN will really let you stretch your skiing time. The full length deep vee hull smoothes out rough water so you can ignore those short snappy wind blown chops; and crossing wakes will no longer be the bone jarring experience it once was. Those lift strakes on the bottom make for dry riding, good steering, and quick acceleration to lift a gang of skiers up quickly and smartly.
You can power your KINGPIN with just about any marine or auto conversion engine. This job is meant to take power. You can use either a jet pump, v-drive with conventional propeller, or an outdrive unit to get the power to the water. The motor can be covered with the stylish motor compartment detailed on the plans, or leave it exposed if you're the chrome-polished motor type.
