The TWO PLUS is designed in a traditional style that harks back
to the heyday of mahogany cruisers. She features complete
cruising accommodations for two, plus an optional fold out
canvas berth for the kids. Her roomy vee berths are a full
6'6" in length. The efficiently organized cabin makes
this boat an ideal camping boat. The head area is enclosed for
privacy, unusual on a boat this size. A compact galley area has
room for a sink, stove, and ice box. Plus, there's hanging
space and plenty of storage areas. The cockpit has room for
fishing or sitting while sightseeing, and in warm weather has
room for sleeping bags for sleeping under the stars.
Using 3/8" plywood planking, the hull is designed for
lightweight, allowing her to get up on a plane quickly with
minimal power. With larger motors, the TWO PLUS can easily pull
skiers. The broad flare at the bow keeps the boat dry running,
and the bridge windshield keeps the bugs out of your teeth
underway.
Like most cabin cruisers, it is possible to change the cabin
configuration. One builder eliminated the cabin completely to
make a roomy touring boat for taking visiting relatives on sight
seeing tours up his local river. Whatever your need, take a good
look at the TWO PLUS, she's a boat full of
possibilities.
