- Hull type: Vee bottom hard chine hull developed for sheet plywood
planking.
- Power: Short shaft outboard motor to 60 hp. Long shaft motor can be used if
transom modified.
- Can the hull be extended or shortened? Yes. Up to 10% by re-spacing the
frames from the aft end of the stem to the transom a proportional amount. We do
not recommend increasing the beam.
- Trailer: Designed for use with Glen-L Series 1000 boat trailer plans.

NIMROD is a comfortable boat. A generous vee forward cushions the shock in choppy water, and the lifted chines and relieved forefoot insures a dry, safe boat, at speed. The 6' beam provides exceptional stability and load capacity. Her clean and graceful lines belie her versatility.
Surprise! NIMROD has bunks for two that are formed when the seats fold forward and a portion of the cockpit floor raises. These bunks then extend under the forward decking for comfortable and roomy accommodations. Seats face both fore and aft; the roomy 4 1/2' x 9' cockpit offers room to fill the needs of fishermen, campers, water skiers or those who just want to be out on the water.
